“I bought both the gluten free butter cookie and the vegan gluten free oatmeal cookie here to compare and ended up finishing both in one sitting with no regrets. The butter cookie is made with jowar and rice flour — 150 gm pack, proper crumbly shortbread texture. The oatmeal cookie is made with oat flour, flax seeds, jaggery and raisins, and uses certified gluten free rolled oats sourced from Australia. That detail alone tells you how seriously this place takes what goes into their food. Both cookies are completely different and both are excellent. One buttery and delicate, one hearty and wholesome.”

“The gluten free multigrain bread here is something I want people who have given up on gluten free bread to know about. Made with rice flour, gluten free, nine slices per pack. It has actual texture, actual flavour, actual substance. Not the crumbly sad kind that falls apart when you look at it. This bread holds together, toasts properly and tastes like bread is supposed to taste. I have celiac and finding bread this good is rare. One of a kind in Jaipur specially. This bakery makes the things that people with dietary needs have been searching for. Come here and you will find them.”

“Had their chocolate truffle along with the gluten free pasta and genuinely loved both. The truffle had a deep chocolate flavour but still felt clean and balanced, not overly sugary or heavy. The pasta was surprisingly comforting while still feeling light on the stomach. You can sense the care they put into choosing good quality ingredients and making everything thoughtfully. Places like this are hard to come by — easily one of my favourite cafés to keep going back to.”

“A gem for book lovers and those who love to eat healthy. A cafe with So many millet options in good food and bakery. It’s millet cakes and gluten-free cakes are too good. I had rose pistachio dates muffin with no sugar in it and rose petals on top of it, one crazy hazelnut slice and truffle slice. It was so yummmm. Truffle slice is a key crazy take away. Chocolate is handcrafted home made. Base is made of jaggery or khand it was so yum.”
