“Two sandwiches that could not be more different and both absolutely worth ordering. The avocado chickpea sourdough sandwich is premium and filling — proper sourdough, generous avocado, chickpea adding protein and substance. The Bombay masala sandwich is a classic done right — that familiar spiced potato filling in toasted bread that every Mumbaikar has an opinion about. This version holds up. Fresh, well spiced, satisfying. One sandwich for when you want something global, one for when you want something that feels like home. Both available here.”

“I tried the masala omelette here — tomato, onion, spices — the classic Indian style done properly. I had it and it tasted exactly like the kind of omelette your mother makes on a Sunday morning when she is in a good mood. Then I tried a bite of my colleague's mushroom and spinach omelette — made with their own homegrown organic spinach from the kitchen garden. The spinach tasted noticeably fresher than any spinach I have had at a restaurant. Two very different omelettes, both absolutely worth ordering.”

“I tried the Mamma Rosa pasta — the pink sauce — because I had never ordered it anywhere and felt it was time. I had it and the sauce was delicate and well balanced, creamy with a tomato base that did not overpower. Then I tried a slice of my friend's roasted veggie pizza — zucchini, bell pepper, mushrooms, broccoli, all properly roasted, not just raw vegetables thrown on dough. Both dishes showed the same thing — this kitchen understands flavour and does not rush it. Worth every visit.”

“The vegetarian English breakfast here deserves more credit than it gets. Beans, chickpea with hummus, multigrain toast with butter, mash potato, grilled tomato, sauteed vegetables. A full plate. A real plate. Everything cooked properly and tasting fresh. I am not vegetarian but I ordered this because it sounded good and I was not wrong. The mash potato alone was worth it — creamy and well seasoned. This is the kind of all-day breakfast plate that works at 9am and equally well at noon.”
