“City Palace, Jaipur is undeniably beautiful, especially from the outside. The architecture is stunning and the palace looks very royal and grand at first glance. However, my experience inside was quite disappointing. With the regular entry ticket of around Rs. 400 per person, all you really get access to are the outer areas and a few exhibitions. The exhibits are decent, but if you're expecting to see the actual palace interiors or those aesthetic rooms you often see on social media, you won't those are part of the Royal Tour only. The Royal Tour costs Rs. 4,000 per person, and this information is not clearly communicated in advance. You're told about it only after you've already entered with the normal ticket, which means you end up paying Rs. 400 first and then are expected to pay another Rs. 4,000 per person if you want to see Chhavi Niwas and other private rooms. “Visited the beautiful City Palace in Jaipur and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The architecture is stunning, with a perfect blend of Rajput, Mughal, and European influences. Every corner of the palace reflects royal heritage, intricate craftsmanship, and rich history. The courtyards, museums, and beautifully decorated doorways are absolutely mesmerizing especially the famous Peacock Gate. The palace is very well maintained, clean, and organized, making it easy to explore and enjoy at your own pace. If you are visiting Jaipur, this place is a must-see to truly experience Rajasthan’s royal charm. Highly recommended for history lovers, photographers, and anyone who appreciates grand architecture! ✨”

“Absolutely stunning palace that's etched in history and tradition. The guided tours are well worth it. There is so much intricate architecture and fine details all around the palace which makes your experience delightful. Since the royal family still lives there, that area of the palace is blocked off for tourists. There are a couple of stores and a restaurant bar inside the palace which are amazing. Since its a main attraction in the city, it does tend to get quite crowded, but the arrangements for the tourists are good and makes the experience pleasant and easy. It's a must visit on a trip to Jaipur and its architecture and craftsmanship is worth seeing and appreciating.”

“This place is truly mind-blowing! The architecture is absolutely beautiful, and the four gates really take the experience to another level. It's definitely an Instagram-worthy spot. The scale of this place is immense, so it's going to take a good amount of time to explore everything it has to offer. There's so much to see and discover here. If you are planning to take photos, it's best to aim for an early arrival. Winter months, particularly December and January, tend to be peak periods for crowds.”
