“"If you are a food lover visiting UK CO Jaipur Riddhi shiddi circle, trying the Kalari (known as the Mozzarella of Jammu) is an absolute must! I recently had the chance to visit, and it was an unforgettable culinary experience. The Kalari was perfectly crisp on the outside and incredibly creamy and gooey on the inside. When paired with the signature Anardana (Pomegranate seed) chutney and a toasted bun, the flavors were simply out of this world. A special shout-out to the owner, whose passion for preserving this traditional Dogra delicacy is truly inspiring. They went out of their way to explain the authentic process of how Kalari is made from cow’s milk, ensuring we got the freshest batch. The hospitality was warm, and the owner’s personal attention to every customer makes the experience even more special.”
