Nana’s Pastificio is Jaipur’s first 100% vegetarian artisanal pasta kitchen, crafting handmade fresh pasta, stuffed pastas, sauces, breads and desserts in small batches. Founded by Chef Saatvvika Handa Bajaj, the brand was created in memory of her maternal grandfather (“Nana”), inspired by childhood stories of Italy, travel and food.
