They are having lot of healthy, gluten free , sour dough options in their menu but the highlight is their matcha which has some amazing flavours as well. The soothing and calm aura of the place aligns perfectly with traditional Japanese matcha drinking custom. And they use premium-grade ceremonial matcha in all concoctions, whisked right in front of you. I drank my perfectly foamy, smooth and refreshing strawberry cloud matcha in minutes and ordered a second coconut cloud variant, equally good. The food was top tier - fresh ingredients, filling yet light and healthy meals, all prepared to perfection. The wide variety of fresh dough sandwiches, sourdough pizzas, pastas, salads and meal bowls makes Midori an ideal place for a big meal. Even a staple appetiser like potato wedges was elevated here as it was air fried and seasoned very well. Service was very efficient too. Cannot wait to visit again!”
