“I recently purchased many dresses for my niece at the exhibition that was held by Kapraha in Surat at Maheshwari Bhavan. While the dresses were nice, my suggestion to all purchasing would be that you should not allow them to alter the dresses. Not only was it shabbily done with the zippers sown in, so it cannot be used at all, but the fit was also very poor. I had already paid them for the alteration and couldn't do anything as they left after the exhibition. I had to give it again for alteration to another tailor and pay again to undo what Shivani from Kapraha had done and get it all tailored again. So bottom line is I will never trust them for their word, as I feel cheated and not to mention the hassle. Wish I had never bought from them.”

“Beware of the brand - the sizes on their website are wrong. The brand refuses to take responsibility for their mistake in sending the wrong size and expects customers to send the item back at own cost by finding their own courier. When we are living in the midst of a pandemic, this is incomprehensible. After paying Rs. 165 delivery fee already, this is unacceptable. After my conversation with the brand, they updated the size chart on their website. They also told me ‘It’s only 165 Rupees, why don’t you send us the package, all customers do so’. Wow! Ripping off customers and then saying they rip off everyone. Please spend your money on reputed websites with clear sizing information to avoid the hassle that comes with such brands.”

“Ordered a too from Kapraaha one of the most horrible experiences ever … received bad quality and printed top with holes in it , after struggling to get in touch with them their team belatedly asked me to courier it back its been over a month since i sent it back and have not received anything from them they practically scammed me and have kept the amount too!”
