You can tell there’s clarity in what they want to serve and how they want it to taste. The pizzas were light, flavours made sense, and the coffee paired really well with the food. What I liked most was that everything felt honest — not trying too hard to be fancy, just good execution and consistency. It’s refreshing to see a place focus on doing a few things right instead of adding unnecessary items. Cugino has a calm, confident vibe, and that reflects in the food as well. “Thank you, Chef Anshu, for serving us what is easily the best sourdough pizza in Jaipur. Loved how thoughtfully you customised the very Sicilian-style spaghetti for us .. such a treat. The soup was beautifully creamy and the pesto absolutely spot on. A special thank you to Ms. Joshi for bringing this experience to us. And an extra shoutout (and cheers!) for the resident pet labrador , Brudlee (I guess) that truly sealed the deal for us 🐾 Loved everything and will definitely be a regular here.”

The Spaghetti Primavera and Quattro Formaggi were authentic and delicious, but the real star of the show was the Avocado & Tomato Toast—it is an absolute must-try! To top it off, their drinks are elite. The Strawberry Matcha Latte was refreshing, and the Coconut Hot Chocolate was the perfect cozy treat. Don’t miss out on this place!”

We also tried their mushroom open toast, and both dishes were fantastic. The quality of the bread, the freshness of the ingredients, and even the pricing were all spot on. Highly recommended to any Italian food lover. Wish they add sweet menu sooner and also sourdough open toasts.”
