There’s something incredibly satisfying about watching coffee before it becomes…COFFEE. 🌱☕✨ This weekend, @JaipurCoffeeCommunity hosted The Third Place Project : The Roaster’s Table with @oaksandmoksindia , and what better occasion than the launch of their beautiful new outlet!🤌🏽 Tucked away in a peaceful corner of central city, the space instantly makes you want to slow down. Think lush greenery, calming interiors, natural light and a cozy aesthetic that makes you want to stay for hours. 🌸 What makes Oaks & Moks even more special is their micro-roastery, so instead of just drinking coffee, we experienced its entire journey. 🤎 The session took us through why micro-roasting matters, how green coffee is selected, how roast profiles are developed, followed by a live roasting demonstration. We then tasted the same coffees roasted earlier to understand how different roast profiles influence flavour. It was interactive, insightful & a reminder that every cup has a story long before it re
