About this event
[TICKET LINK IN BIO] Meet us for an afternoon of history, stories and drinks at our next Pint of View.
This Sunday, we’re looking at WWI from the Indian side of the story: the 1.4 million Indian soldiers who were sent to fight a war far from home, the stories they left behind, and the ways those stories disappeared from our telling of the war.
Through letters, photographs, memoirs and archives, Sachin, a research-based artist and filmmaker and founder of Docustan and Rohi Collective, traces these stories from India to Flanders.
Your ticket includes the lecture + Q&A, a beer or mocktail, and a kombucha from Umami Brew to take home.

“Not your average Sunday plan. A lecture club for people who like their ideas interdisciplinary, their questions slightly inconvenient, and their Sundays a little less predictable. Pint of View. Over drinks. Tickets → link in bio.”
