IASO MIDCON 2027 is proposed as the mid-term national conference of the Indian Association of Surgical Oncology, aimed at bringing together surgical oncologists, allied specialists, researchers, and trainees on a common academic platform to exchange knowledge and advance cancer care practices. The conference will focus on the theme “Advancing Precision Cancer Surgery: Innovation, Integration & Impact,” highlighting recent developments in minimally invasive techniques, multidisciplinary treatment approaches, and evidence-based surgical practices. The scientific program will include keynote lectures, panel discussions, tumor boards, live or recorded surgical demonstrations, and hands-on workshops, along with opportunities for paper and poster presentations to encourage research and academic engagement. With an expected participation of 250-300 delegates from across the country and abroad, the 2 days event aims to enhance clinical skills, promote collaboration across oncology disciplines, and ultimately contribute to improving the quality and outcomes of cancer care in India.
