Race Formats: 🏃 Solo: Complete every run & every station yourself. 🤝 Duo: Both partners complete all the runs, stations can be divided. ⚡ Relay: Each teammate completes 2 runs & 2 stations.
First timer? We’ve got you. We’ll cut the running distance and station volume in half, making it beginner-friendly while giving you the real HYROX experience.
