Art Therapy Workshop. Take a break from your busy routine and reconnect with yourself through a calming Art Therapy Workshop. Explore your thoughts and emotions through colours, patterns, textures and creative expression in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
No prior art experience is required. You will be guided through simple and mindful creative activities designed to help you slow down, express yourself and enjoy the process without worrying about perfection. All materials required for the workshop will be provided.
