149th edition of Jaipur Reads was held at a cafe named Saint Espresso, a relatively smaller place than our usual gatherings where readers cozied up on couches and common tables, quickly filling up the whole space. One’s peripheral view mainly consisted of someone flipping a page, a hand holding the crease, a pencil moving along the lines, or even a pen for some of the ruthless cold hearted ones among us :p . Someone holding a cup of coffee, while another gently twisting it on the table, completely unaware about the cup’s existence and engrossed deep into their book. Post session the book stack looked like the Malaysian twin towers, comprising of all kinds of books and authors, a group picture and candid conversations followed.
